Robin Schenk MS, RD
I am a Registered Dietitian with a Masters degree in Education. I love the science of nutrition and translating it into practical application for those around me. I have worked with clients and as an educator of future dietitians simultaneously for 20 years. Doing both has enabled me to develop a deep understanding of how education and learning can benefit those looking to grow and make positive changes.
My clients can expect to come away from our sessions with the knowledge-driven motivation to meet their health goals, find joy in food and eating again (or for the first time!), and develop sustainable habits and practices.
I enjoy working with adults who are seeking new “ways of eating” rather than diets and am especially interested in helping women with hormone and age related challenges.
I love all things food and cooking and love spending a day off gardening or in the kitchen in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. I actually enjoy listening to nutrition science podcasts and have a personal library of food and nutrition books. I share my thoughts about new things I learn on my blog, Food for Thought, at www.alagniappelifestyle.com and on socials @alagniappelifestyle on Instagram and Pinterest.

What Clients Have to Say:
Robin was extremely helpful in my journey. Being a nurse I theoretically know what to do, but Robin helped me tweak my eating and gave me resources to use. She told me to trust the process and I gave it time and did. She helped me find ways to increase my protein without sacrificing indulgences or increase calorie consumption. I feel very comfortable moving forward and continuing with my success.

Mindy Scott, RD
Hi! I’m Mindy, your Registered Dietitian. I am excited to meet you where you’re at on your journey to a healthier you. This means no judgment, no “quick fix” or overly restrictive dieting. I believe that even the smallest steps can lead to a healthier you.
Food is my favorite. I love food, and I know that most people may fear losing their favorite foods when they take the brave step of coming to see a dietitian. My goal is not to take away all of the foods you love, but to find ways to enhance your current way of eating to help you meet your goals. I also want to help you build a healthier relationship with food, by empowering you to make nutritious choices while enjoying your favorite foods mindfully.
As a busy working mom of two boys under the age of 3, I can personally attest that eating mindfully and making nutritious choices can be easier said than done. I am here to walk with you on your journey and to share education, tips and tricks to improve your nutrition one bite at a time! I am excited to celebrate every small victory with you as we work on your nutrition goals together.
